You will be given a choice of available shipping options at the checkout.
Please allow up to 10 working days* until orders are dispatched as we may need to produce your item if low on stock.
*Please note: Saturday, Sunday & UK Bank Holidays are not classed as a working day.
Where's my order?If you have not received your order within 15 working days of the "confirmation of despatch" email (sent to the email address registered to your account when you place the order), please contact us and we will be more than happy to rectify the situation as we gain proof of postage for all items we send.
What's your policy on lost in transit deliveries?
Having recently placed your order you can follow the delivery guidelines above to give you an idea of when you can expect delivery of your goods. If you have not received your order within 15 working days of the confirmation of despatch email (sent to the email address registered to your account when you place the order), please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page or via your account login and we will be more than happy to rectify the situation.
It may also be advisable to contact your local sorting office to see if they are holding the order, having already tried unsuccessfully to deliver it to you.
All orders shipped require the customer's signature upon delivery and cannot be released by the driver without this.
Please note - We are bound by the rules set by Royal Mail and are unable to claim for lost parcels until the times have passed stated above.
ReturnsWe are sure that you will love your purchase from Little Next Door Clothing but we understand that sometimes there might be something that isn't quite right.
Therefore, we accept the return of any purchase for exchange for any reason when you notify us within 14 days of delivery receipt. Just follow these 3 easy steps...
Step 1 - Email us via the 'Contact Us' or the specific order page to let us know which item(s) you would like to return for exchange, the reason for return and what item(s) you wish to exchange for. We will then send you a returns number. This returns number MUST be marked on the OUTER package before you return the item or your return may not be processed.
PLEASE NOTE -
Only brand new undamaged and non worn items are eligible for an exchange.
We exchange only - we do not give refunds.
If applicable, postage costs for sending exchanged item(s) need to be paid for by the customer prior to being despatched.
Step 2 - Return the parcel to the address we provide. As you are responsible for the item until it reaches us, we strongly recommend that you use an insured/signed-for service if posting.
Step 3 - Once we receive your return and process it, we will email you advising of your chosen exchange item as applicable.
Little Next Door Clothing reserves the right to refuse exchange on any items they believe to have obviously been worn or damaged since despatch. Items must be received back to Little Next Door Clothing within 14 days of us advising the return address and unique returns number in step 1. If not, your return will not be processed.
